The Rehab Department and Nursing staff at Bel Air are fantastic! They always seem to go that extra step to provide care and support for the residents.

Bel Air is the best Assisted Living Facility that I've ever visited, hands down. The Residents are happy and always doing something fun like a runway show or singing karaoke. It's always a good time when I visit. The Activity Director takes them out shopping and to eat twice a week. The rooms are nice and everyone seems like a big family.

Bel Air is a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ facility!! They go above and beyond for their residents and their families! Highly recommend.

We had our step mother there for nine months and they treated her like she was their mom. The home is very clean and maintained. The aides are very special because they treat everyone the same. They get to know the relationship between the patient and the family. The nurses are very caring and attentive. If I should have to go to a nursing home I would like to go there. The facility does not have an odor like some other homes I have visited. Housekeeping staff are always cleaning. Food service staff prepare good food as I have eaten several meals there. Copy

It's a great place and you can tell they actually care for their residents here. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. My step father was here.

My Aunt lives here and absolutely loves it! She feels and is safe at Bel Air most importantly. In a public apartment building I felt that she didn't have enough people or the right neighbors to watch out for her appropriately with her condition. At Bel Air I do not worry about her safety! The nurses are very polite. Administration has always been reasonable and fair. Especially with Covid-19 I received and still do receive notification of my Aunt's care often.

An oasis in the city, Bel Air is a great place to call home!

It's a caring and loving place to live. Everyone there is so loving and caring.

I could not have found a better nursing facility than Bel Air! They not only cared for my mother, but always went above and beyond my expectations. They didn’t treat my mother like a resident, but as a true, genuine friend and human.
They took on more responsibility which in return, helped me out tremendously. I personally want to shout out Ashley & Tonya; those two women were extraordinary to my mother. They truly took care of my mother as if she was their own mother and I never had to worry about my mother’s well-being while in their hands. My mother always praised those two women and loved them dearly. My mother would always be so happy when they were working because it made my mother feel important, valued, and cared for. They’ve helped me out more than what they could ever imagine. Every time my mother was in the hospital and especially her last weeks here, Tonya would ALWAYS call me and check in on my mother and myself and would always finish the phone call with “tell her she has to get better because I miss her”. Tonya also sent me a condolence card in the mail after my mother had passed and to me and that meant so much to me. I would give this facility 5+ stars because they truly do care for their residents and value them as humans. I would absolutely recommend Bel Air as a nursing facility for your loved one.
